SG Mart Limited has announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The consolidated revenue from operations for the current quarter stood at ₹1,308.57 Crores, while the net profit after tax was ₹45.58 Crores. Comparing these figures, the consolidated revenue decreased by 28.59% sequentially (QoQ) compared to the ₹1,832.84 Crores reported in the previous quarter (March 31, 2026). On a year-on-year (YoY) basis, revenue increased by 14.41% compared to the ₹1,143.77 Crores recorded in the corresponding quarter of the previous year (June 30, 2025). The consolidated net profit after tax saw a 9.25% increase sequentially (QoQ) from ₹41.72 Crores in the previous quarter and a 41.07% increase on a year-on-year (YoY) basis from ₹32.31 Crores in the same quarter last year.
