Sri Lotus Developers and Realty Limited has officially completed its acquisition of equity shares in three of its wholly-owned subsidiaries—Veera Desai Projects Private Limited, Dhiti Projects Private Limited, and Prasati Projects Private Limited—following the subscription to their respective rights issues. The allotment of these shares was confirmed on July 4, 2026, marking the successful closure of the transaction.

The company invested a total consideration of ₹4.91 crore to acquire these shares, with each being allotted at a price of ₹10 per share. Specifically, the company received 9,90,000 shares in Veera Desai Projects Private Limited, 29,60,000 shares in Dhiti Projects Private Limited, and 9,60,000 shares in Prasati Projects Private Limited. This transaction aligns with the company’s objective to strengthen the equity base and provide necessary working capital for its Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) overseeing critical real estate developments in the Mumbai region.

Sri Lotus Developers and Realty Limited, formerly known as AKP Holdings Limited, is a real estate developer focused on luxury and ultra-luxury residential and commercial redevelopment projects, primarily in Mumbai’s western suburbs. The company manages the entire real estate value chain in-house, utilizing modern technology such as 3D modeling and virtual reality. In 2026, the company reported a 12% year-on-year growth in pre-sales as of May and successfully secured a partial occupational certificate for a suburban Mumbai project in June. The company continues to focus on execution-heavy strategies to ensure projects meet RERA-mandated timelines.

For the financial year ended March 31, 2025, the company recorded a revenue of ₹569.28 crore, reflecting a significant rise from previous periods. Profit after tax surged by 91% to ₹227.89 crore in FY25 compared to ₹119.14 crore in FY24, while total borrowings were successfully reduced. The company’s promoter group holds a majority stake of 81.87%, and institutional interest includes investments from entities such as HSBC Balanced Advantage Fund and Tata Small Cap Fund.
