These new contracts encompass diverse segments, including Power Transmission & Distribution (T&D) projects in both India and overseas markets, Buildings and Factories (B&F) projects within India, and a new venture into the water business in the Middle East, which was secured through a joint venture or consortium.
The newly secured orders are part of the company’s ongoing business activities and reinforce its market position across multiple infrastructure sectors. Management has highlighted that these wins, particularly the strategic entry into the Middle East water market, represent a significant milestone for the firm. This achievement aligns with their broader strategy of leveraging a diversified order book and maintaining strong project visibility to meet growth targets for the fiscal year 2026-27.
Kalpataru Projects International Limited is a prominent diversified Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) company with a global footprint across more than 75 countries. The company specializes in sectors such as power transmission and distribution, buildings, water supply, railways, and oil and gas infrastructure. Throughout 2025, the company consistently strengthened its infrastructure portfolio, including announcements of significant order wins in July and September 2025 worth 2,293 Crores and 2,720 Crores, respectively.
For the year ended March 31, 2026, the company reported a consolidated revenue of 27,143 Crores and a net profit of 1,031 Crores. Regarding institutional interest, the company’s shareholding pattern as of June 2025 indicated that Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) held an 11.80% stake, while Domestic Institutional Investors (DIIs) maintained a significant 44.80% holding.
