N.B.I. Industrial Finance Company Limited announced its audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, during a board meeting held on May 13, 2026. For the quarter ended March 2026 (Q4FY26), the company reported a total income of ₹133.43 lakhs, which represents a significant decrease of 85.98% compared to ₹951.86 lakhs in the previous quarter (Q3FY26). When compared to the corresponding quarter of the previous year (Q4FY25), the total income declined by 78.01% from ₹606.72 lakhs. Net profit for the current quarter stood at ₹59.45 lakhs, marking a sharp decline of 90.84% from ₹648.74 lakhs in Q3FY26 and a 85.45% decrease from ₹408.57 lakhs in Q4FY25. In addition to the results, the board recommended a dividend of 15% (₹0.75 per equity share) for the financial year 2025-26.
