India Motor Parts & Accessories Limited (IMPAL) has announced its audited standalone financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The company reported a total income of Rs 228.44 Crores for the fourth quarter, compared to Rs 237.01 Crores in the previous quarter (Q3FY26) and Rs 205.09 Crores in the same period last year (Q4FY25). Net profit for the current quarter stood at Rs 33.46 Crores, reflecting a significant growth from Rs 17.18 Crores in the preceding quarter and Rs 23.93 Crores in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Additionally, the Board has recommended a final dividend of Rs 23/- per equity share (230%) for the financial year 2025-26.
