The Board of Directors approved these results during a meeting held on May 5, 2026, which also included the re-appointment of M/s AW & Co. as internal auditors for the upcoming fiscal year. For the quarter ended March 31, 2026, the company reported a revenue from operations of ₹9,010.36 Lacs, representing a 9.86% increase compared to the previous quarter’s revenue of ₹8,201.83 Lacs. However, net profit for the same period saw a decline of 21.18% quarter-on-quarter, falling from ₹904.35 Lacs to ₹712.82 Lacs. When compared to the corresponding quarter of the previous year, revenue remained relatively flat with a marginal 0.12% increase from ₹8,999.95 Lacs, while net profit grew by 48.89% from ₹478.77 Lacs.
