For the quarter ended March 31, 2026 (Q4FY26), the company reported a total income of ₹ 27.77 Crores, representing a growth of 24.83% compared to ₹ 22.24 Crores in the corresponding quarter of the previous year (Q4FY25) and an increase from the previous quarter’s performance. The Profit After Tax (PAT) for Q4FY26 stood at ₹ 3.70 Crores, marking a significant year-over-year increase of 40.42% from ₹ 2.64 Crores in Q4FY25. For the full financial year ended March 31, 2026, total income reached ₹ 101.92 Crores, up 25.70% from ₹ 81.08 Crores in FY25, while annual PAT rose by 34.88% to ₹ 12.90 Crores. The Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹ 0.75 per equity share (7.5% of face value) for FY26. Additionally, the company approved increasing its borrowing powers to ₹ 15,000 Crores and plans to raise funds through Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) and Commercial Papers up to ₹ 3,000 Crores and ₹ 1,000 Crores, respectively.
