Canara Robeco Asset Management Company Limited (CRAMC) announced its audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, during its board meeting held on April 27, 2026. For the fourth quarter (Q4 FY26), the company reported revenue from operations of ₹114.20 crore, representing a 13% increase from ₹101.30 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year (Q4 FY25). Sequentially, revenue grew by 4% compared to ₹109.80 crore in the third quarter (Q3 FY26). Profit After Tax (PAT) for the quarter stood at ₹41.40 crore, showing a marginal year-on-year decline of 1% from ₹41.70 crore in Q4 FY25 and a sequential drop of 22% from ₹52.80 crore in Q3 FY26. The board also recommended a final dividend of ₹2.50 per equity share for the financial year.

Incorporated in 1993, Canara Robeco Asset Management Company is one of India’s oldest asset management firms and operates as a joint venture between Canara Bank (51%) and ORIX Corporation Europe N.V. (49%). The company provides asset management services for Canara Robeco Mutual Fund schemes and offers investment advisory services. As of March 31, 2026, CRAMC manages assets under management (AUM) totaling ₹1.11 lakh crore, with a significant 91.7% of its AUM oriented toward equity. The company successfully listed on the Indian stock exchanges in October 2025. Recent shareholding data shows that prominent institutional investors include Nippon Life India Small Cap Fund, which holds a 2.57% stake, and Aditya Birla Sun Life PSU Equity Fund with 1.85%.
