The Board of Directors of Dodla Dairy Limited convened on 24 April 2026 to approve several key organizational updates, primarily focusing on leadership continuity and operational oversight. Key outcomes included the re-appointment of Ms. Vinoda Kailas as an Independent Woman Director for a second five-year term starting January 2027, and the appointment of Ms. Dodla Silpa Reddy as Senior Management Personnel (SMP) for Strategy and Transformation effective 01 May 2026. Additionally, the Board renewed the mandates for M/s J K & Co as Cost Auditors and M/s KPMG Assurance and Consulting Service LLP as Internal Auditors for the 2026-27 financial year.
Ms. Vinoda Kailas, an NIT Warangal alumna with over 20 years of IT solution experience in the US and Europe, continues her role to oversee strategic outlooks. Ms. Dodla Silpa Reddy, daughter of Managing Director Mr. Dodla Sunil Reddy, joins the senior management with a background in Dairy Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and extensive experience in R&D and D2C dairy branding. The meeting, which started at 09:40 A.M. IST and concluded at 11:30 A.M. IST, formalizes these steps to strengthen the company’s governance and transformation strategy.
Dodla Dairy Limited, incorporated in 1995, is a leading integrated dairy player in India with a significant presence in South India and international operations in Uganda and Kenya. The company processes and sells a diverse portfolio including liquid milk, ghee, curd, and value-added products (VAP) through a vast network of 169 chilling centers and over 775 retail parlours as of late 2024. In recent 2025 updates, the company successfully completed the 100% acquisition of HR Food Processing Private Limited (OSAM) to bolster its market position in Eastern India. Furthermore, Dodla Dairy won a significant GST classification case in the Karnataka High Court in December 2025, resulting in a favorable tax rate reduction for flavored milk from 12% to 5%.
For the quarter ended December 31, 2025 (Q3 FY26), Dodla Dairy reported consolidated revenue of ₹1,036.95 Crores, representing a 13.7% Year-over-Year (YoY) growth compared to ₹912.22 Crores in Q3 FY25. The Profit After Tax (PAT) for the same period stood at ₹68.74 Crores, an 8.1% increase from ₹63.56 Crores in the previous year’s corresponding quarter. Institutional confidence remains high, with HDFC Small Cap Fund notably increasing its stake from 3.7% in September 2025 to 6.2% by December 2025. Other major investors include SBI Long Term Advantage Fund and DSP Small Cap Fund, holding 7.91% and 6.60% respectively as of the December 2025 shareholding pattern.
