The order is for the “Product Design & Manufacturing Collection Commercial Multi-user 3 Year Subscription Renewal” at ISRO. This contract is valued at approximately ₹3.25 Crores (specifically ₹3,24,50,000/-) including GST. The renewal further strengthens the company’s long-standing relationship with India’s premier space agency and highlights its role as a key technology solution provider for high-profile government institutions.
The service order is categorized as a domestic contract and is scheduled to be executed over a period of three years. As per the regulatory filing, the transaction does not involve any interest from the promoter or promoter group, nor does it fall under the category of related party transactions. This award follows a series of successful project deliveries by Ceinsys in the geospatial and engineering services domain, reinforcing its market position as a specialized consultant and technology integrator.
