Ritco Logistics Limited held a separate meeting of its Independent Directors for the Financial Year 2025-26 on Thursday, March 26, 2026. The meeting, which commenced at 10:00 a.m. and concluded at 10:30 a.m., was conducted in compliance with Regulation 25(3) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, and Schedule IV of the Companies Act, 2013.

During this session, the Independent Directors reviewed the performance of the non-independent directors and the Board of Directors as a whole. They also evaluated the performance of the company’s Chairperson, incorporating views from both executive and non-executive directors. Additionally, the directors assessed the quality, quantity, and timeliness of the information flow between the management and the Board, ensuring that the Board can effectively perform its duties.

Incorporated in 2001, Ritco Logistics Limited is an integrated logistics and multimodal transport solutions provider that offers fleet management, warehousing, and 3PL services. In late 2025, the company secured significant new business contracts, including approximately ₹205 crore worth of contracts in December 2025 across sectors such as polymers, steel, infrastructure, and pharmaceuticals. Earlier in October 2025, it bagged ₹130 crore in new contracts, including a ₹35 crore deal from Nestlé India and a ₹60 crore pan-India contract from a petrochemical major. The company is also scaling its logistics-tech platform, TrucksUp, which recently introduced AI-driven features like “Urgent Load” and “My Truck is Here”.

For the third quarter of the financial year 2025-26 (ending December 31, 2025), Ritco Logistics reported a consolidated revenue of ₹394.01 crore, marking a 25.3% year-over-year growth from ₹314.43 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. On a sequential basis, revenue rose by 8.9% from ₹361.77 crore in the previous quarter. The consolidated net profit for Q3 FY26 stood at ₹9.63 crore, showing a 3.2% increase from ₹9.33 crore in the previous quarter but a 5.2% decline from ₹10.16 crore in the same period last year. As of early 2026, the company’s shareholding pattern shows that promoters hold 62.68%, while institutional investors include Mncl Capital Compounder Funds. Individual notable investors include Anushree Himanshubhai Shah and Vrushali Himanshu Shah, who each hold approximately 1.56% of the company.
