Ajax Engineering Limited has announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, demonstrating an aggressive expansion in its top-line and bottom-line performance. The company reported a massive surge in revenue and profit after tax (PAT) compared to both the previous quarter and the corresponding period last year. Revenue for Q3 FY26 reached ₹444.81 Crores, representing a significant 230.74% year-on-year increase. Profit After Tax witnessed an even more dramatic climb, surging 428.39% to ₹35.95 Crores. While the company faced a slight decline in revenue and profit on a quarter-on-quarter basis due to the seasonal nature of the business, the long-term growth trajectory remains robust with a nine-month PAT growth of over 726%. The Board also noted an exceptional item of ₹3.10 Crores due to the impact of newly notified Labour Codes.
