In recent strategic moves, the company’s board approved the sale of a prime New Delhi property to Haldiram Marketing Private Limited for approximately ₹183 Crores in November 2025, a deal expected to conclude by April 2026. As of December 31, 2025, the promoter group, which includes major holders like Ram Prakash & Co (P) Ltd and India Lease Development Ltd, maintains a 69.60% stake in the company.
