Ramco Industries Limited announced its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, during its board meeting held on February 11, 2026. For the quarter ended December 2025, consolidated revenue from operations reached Rs. 388.63 Crores, marking a 13.1% increase from Rs. 343.52 Crores in the corresponding quarter of the previous year (YoY). The consolidated net profit for the quarter surged significantly by 103.5%, rising to Rs. 21.69 Crores from Rs. 10.66 Crores in Q3 2024-25. On a quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) basis, consolidated revenue grew by 10% from Rs. 353.15 Crores in Q2 2025-26, while consolidated net profit saw a 27.6% increase from Rs. 17.00 Crores.
