During the quarter, the company reported a consolidated revenue from operations of Rs. 1,659.58 Crores, marking a 4.7% increase from the previous quarter’s Rs. 1,584.59 Crores and a 10.5% growth compared to Rs. 1,501.72 Crores in the same quarter last year. Net profit for the period stood at Rs. 49.68 Crores, representing a 10.7% decrease from the previous quarter’s Rs. 55.65 Crores and an 11.4% decline from Rs. 56.08 Crores in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The Board also approved the allotment of 8,179 equity shares following the conversion of warrants and the appointment of new Senior Management Personnel to lead various global business functions.
