The Board of Directors of TVS Supply Chain Solutions Limited, at their meeting held on February 10, 2026, approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. For the third quarter of FY26 (Q3 FY26), the company reported a consolidated revenue of ₹2,715.81 Crores, reflecting an 11.1% increase compared to ₹2,444.60 Crores in the corresponding quarter of the previous year (YoY). However, revenue saw an 8.09% decline compared to the previous quarter (Q2 FY26), which stood at ₹2,512.90 Crores. On the profitability front, the company posted a consolidated Profit After Tax (PAT) of ₹10.72 Crores, a significant turnaround from a loss of ₹24.65 Crores in Q3 FY25. Compared to the preceding quarter’s PAT of ₹16.31 Crores, the profit decreased by 34.27%. The company noted that while performance was bolstered by the Integrated Supply Chain Solutions (ISCS) segment, it was impacted by an exceptional item of ₹8.77 Crores related to incremental employee benefit obligations under new Labour Codes.
