Roto Pumps Ltd. announced its unaudited financial results for the third quarter ended December 31, 2025, following a Board Meeting held on February 10, 2026. The company reported a significant surge in consolidated net profit, which grew by 71.21% year-on-year to ₹6.78 Crores compared to ₹3.96 Crores in the same quarter last year. On a sequential basis, net profit rose by 13.76% from ₹5.96 Crores in the previous quarter. Consolidated revenue from operations remained virtually flat at ₹72.70 Crores, showing a marginal year-on-year increase of 0.01% from ₹72.69 Crores. However, revenue improved by 12.26% quarter-on-quarter from ₹64.76 Crores. The Board also approved the strategic amalgamation of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Roto Energy Systems Limited, to streamline operations.

Anand as Chief Operating Officer to strengthen leadership and the approval of bonus shares in July 2025 to reward its shareholders. The company is largely owned by its promoters, with Asha Gupta holding approximately 15.92% and Harish Chandra Gupta holding 13% as of December 2025. Notably, LIC Mutual Fund is among the institutional investors with a 1.03% stake in the company.
