Nephrocare Health Services Limited announced its un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company reported a robust financial performance with consolidated revenue for Q3 FY26 reaching ₹2,597.3 million, marking a significant 31.7% increase compared to the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Profit After Tax (PAT) for the quarter stood at ₹322.4 million, reflecting a surge of 71.3% year-on-year. This growth was primarily driven by a 17.7% increase in treatment volumes and substantial expansion in international markets, which now contribute 41.1% to the total revenue.

The company maintains a market leadership position in India with over 50% share of the organized dialysis market. In late 2025, NephroPlus successfully completed its Initial Public Offering (IPO), raising approximately ₹871.05 crore to fund its expansion and debt repayment. Recent 2026 updates include the acquisition of a dialysis center in the Philippines on January 26, 2026, further strengthening its international footprint. The company is backed by prominent investors, including Bessemer Venture Partners, Investcorp, and Quadria Capital.
