Compared to the corresponding quarter of the previous year (December 2024), where the total income was ₹142.30 million, the revenue grew by 172.39%. The company posted a net profit of ₹42.15 million for the current quarter, a turnaround from a net loss of ₹12.40 million in the previous quarter (a 440% increase) and a net loss of ₹18.50 million in the same quarter last year (a 327.84% increase).

C & C Constructions Limited is an Indian infrastructure company engaged in the construction of highways, bridges, and power transmission projects. The company was recently acquired as a going concern by M/s R K Constructions on December 27, 2024, following a liquidation process under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC). In the board meeting held on February 09, 2026, the company also approved an investment of ₹1,00,000 in its new wholly-owned subsidiary, Ceigall Transmission and Distribution Limited (CTDL), to expand its presence in the power industry. Additionally, the board reconstituted its Nomination & Remuneration and Stakeholders Relationship Committees as part of its corporate restructuring under the new management.
