V.S.T. Tillers Tractors Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, during a board meeting held on February 07, 2026. The company reported a revenue from operations of ₹315.15 Crores, reflecting a growth of 11.58% compared to the previous quarter’s ₹282.45 Crores and an 11.19% increase from ₹283.43 Crores in the same quarter last year. Despite the revenue growth, net profit for the quarter fell sharply to ₹24.98 Crores, representing a 43.51% decline from ₹44.22 Crores in the previous quarter and a 44.24% drop from ₹44.80 Crores in the corresponding period of the previous year. This profit decline was primarily attributed to the normalization of other income and margin compression.
