Talbros Automotive Components Limited (TACL) has officially announced the securing of significant multi-year orders exceeding Rs. 1,000 Crores. This major achievement was communicated through a press release on February 6, 2026, under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The orders, which span both domestic and international markets, are set to be executed over the next five years, with commercialization expected to commence from the financial year 2026-27.

The multi-year contracts cover the company’s diverse product range, including gaskets, heat shields, forgings, chassis, hoses, and anti-vibration parts. Specifically, the sealing business (gaskets and heat shields) secured orders worth approximately Rs. 250 Crores, while the forgings business bagged a substantial Rs. 500 Crores, primarily from a newly onboarded major European global automotive supplier. Furthermore, the company’s joint ventures contributed significantly, with Marelli Talbros Chassis Systems securing Rs. 90 Crores in export orders for Body-in-White (BIW) components catering to the luxury EV segment, and Talbros Marugo Rubber winning Rs. 170 Crores in domestic orders for hoses and anti-vibration parts.

The company has evolved into a diversified auto component player through strategic joint ventures with global leaders like Marelli, Marugo Rubber, and Sanwa. In 2025, the company has stayed at the forefront of the industry by focusing on high-growth segments such as Electric Vehicles (EV) and expanding its global footprint, particularly in Europe. Recent news highlights a technical collaboration for lightweight aluminum heat shields and a planned new joint venture with Lohum Cleantech for sustainable materials like recovered carbon black and recycled rubber.

In the last quarterly financial results for Q2 FY2025-26, the company reported a consolidated revenue from operations of Rs. 213.15 Crores, marking a sequential (QoQ) growth of 3.09% from Rs. 206.76 Crores in the previous quarter. The consolidated net profit for the quarter stood at Rs. 23.10 Crores, a 4.05% increase compared to the Rs. 22.20 Crores reported in Q1 FY26. Despite this quarter-on-quarter growth, the company witnessed a marginal year-on-year (YoY) decline of 1.04% in revenue and 1.32% in net profit compared to the same period in the previous year. Notable investors in the company include its promoters, who hold a 58.43% stake as of late 2025, and various institutional and public shareholders who have benefited from the company’s consistent dividend payouts, including two dividends declared in late 2025.
