Total Transport Systems Limited has announced its un-audited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. For the standalone performance, the company reported a revenue from operations of ₹13,962.33 lakhs, representing a 3.73% increase from the previous quarter’s ₹13,460.14 lakhs and a 3.76% decline compared to ₹14,509.77 lakhs in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Standalone profit after tax stood at ₹204.49 lakhs, showing a marginal increase of 1.34% from the previous quarter’s ₹201.78 lakhs, but a significant decrease of 37.81% from ₹328.82 lakhs in the same period last year. On a consolidated basis, the total income reached ₹17,043.90 lakhs, a 4.17% growth over the previous quarter’s ₹16,361.35 lakhs and a 2.94% decrease from ₹17,560.01 lakhs year-on-year. Consolidated net profit for the quarter was ₹135.25 lakhs, down 40.63% from ₹227.81 lakhs in the preceding quarter and a 54.81% drop from ₹299.33 lakhs in the corresponding previous year quarter. The Board also approved the appointment of M/s. NMK & Co. LLP as Internal Auditors for the fiscal years 2026-2028.
