The Board of Directors of Borosil Limited, at their meeting held on February 05, 2026, approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. For the quarter ended December 31, 2025, the company reported a standalone revenue from operations of ₹338.75 Crores, representing a marginal decline of 0.47% compared to the preceding quarter’s ₹340.36 Crores. On a year-on-year basis, revenue remained nearly flat, increasing by just 0.19% from ₹338.10 Crores in the same quarter last year. The standalone net profit (Profit for the Period) stood at ₹24.13 Crores for Q3 FY26, showing a growth of 5.62% from ₹22.85 Crores in the previous quarter. However, compared to the corresponding quarter of the previous year, which saw a profit of ₹35.48 Crores, the net profit experienced a significant decline of 31.99%. A one-time exceptional impact of ₹4.05 Crores was recorded during the quarter due to the consolidation of 29 labour legislations into four Labour Codes by the Government of India.
