Tamilnadu Petroproducts Limited (TPL) held its Board of Directors meeting on February 4, 2026, where it approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The results reflect a significant performance update for the company’s stakeholders.
For the quarter ended December 31, 2025, Tamilnadu Petroproducts reported a consolidated revenue of ₹460.28 Crore, representing a marginal increase of 0.61% from the previous quarter’s (Q2 FY26) revenue of ₹457.48 Crore. Compared to the corresponding quarter of the previous year (Q3 FY25), revenue saw an increase of 2.36% from ₹449.68 Crore. The consolidated net profit for the quarter stood at ₹32.07 Crore, a decrease of 6.34% from ₹34.24 Crore in the preceding quarter. However, this represents a substantial year-on-year (YoY) increase of 582.34% compared to the ₹4.70 Crore profit reported in the same period last year.
