The Board of Directors of NDR Auto Components Limited, in their meeting held on February 04, 2026, approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. For the quarter ended December 31, 2025, the company reported a revenue from operations of Rs. 20,829.39 lakhs, reflecting a growth of 4.17% from the previous quarter’s Rs. 19,995.61 lakhs and an increase of 18.89% compared to Rs. 17,520.35 lakhs in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The net profit for the period stood at Rs. 1,241.75 lakhs, which is a decrease of 10.63% from the previous quarter’s profit of Rs. 1,389.51 lakhs. However, when compared to the corresponding quarter of the previous year, the profit showed an increase of 9.91% from Rs. 1,129.81 lakhs. The decline in sequential profit was partially influenced by an exceptional item of Rs. 64.75 lakhs recognized during the quarter due to the implementation of New Labour Codes.
