During the quarter, the company’s consolidated revenue from operations reached ₹24,674.47 million, marking a 6.60% growth compared to the previous quarter (QoQ) and an 18.18% increase over the corresponding quarter of the previous year (YoY). However, the consolidated net profit after tax for the quarter was ₹1,203.29 million, reflecting a 32.97% decline from the previous quarter and a 24.94% decrease from the same period last year. This profit reduction was largely influenced by exceptional items totaling ₹1,001.45 million, primarily driven by a one-time expense related to the new Labour Codes in India.
