Shriram Pistons & Rings Limited announced its un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, during its board meeting held on February 2, 2026. The company reported a standalone revenue from operations of Rs. 8,651 million for the current quarter, representing a slight decrease of 0.90% compared to Rs. 8,730 million in the previous quarter (Q2 FY26). However, on a year-on-year (YoY) basis, the revenue saw a significant growth of 12.41% from Rs. 7,696 million in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The standalone profit after tax (PAT) for the quarter stood at Rs. 1,149 million, reflecting a decline of 14.19% from Rs. 1,339 million in the preceding quarter. Compared to the same period last year, the profit decreased by 4.49% from Rs. 1,203 million. This dip in profit was partially influenced by an exceptional item of Rs. 237 million related to provisions for new labor codes. The board also approved an interim dividend of 50%, amounting to Rs. 5 per share.
