Shemaroo Entertainment Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025 (Q3 FY2026) following a Board Meeting held on January 29, 2026. The company reported a consolidated revenue of ₹160.7 crore for the quarter, reflecting a 12.1% sequential increase from the previous quarter’s ₹143.4 crore. However, compared to the corresponding quarter of the previous year (Q3 FY2025), revenue saw a marginal decline of 2.2% from ₹164.4 crore. Profitability remained under significant pressure as the company posted a net loss of ₹55.4 crore in Q3 FY2026, widening by 22.5% from a loss of ₹45.3 crore in Q2 FY2026. On a year-over-year basis, the net loss widened by 51.8% from the ₹36.5 crore loss recorded in Q3 FY2025. This deepening loss was primarily driven by a collapse in operating margins to -41.93%, the lowest on record, and sustained weakness in the traditional media business which declined 14.4% YoY.
