Genesys International Corporation Limited has announced the receipt of a significant work order from WAPCOS Limited for the “Urban Digital Twin Map Platform” project for Guwahati. The contract, valued at approximately INR 12.78 Crore, is scheduled for execution over a four-year period from February 05, 2026, to February 05, 2030. This project marks the company’s first venture in Assam and represents a strategic expansion of its geospatial platform presence across India.
The project involves the deployment of an advanced 3D Digital Twin platform that integrates maps, infrastructure data, and civic assets into a single digital interface. This technology is designed to assist Guwahati city authorities in efficient urban planning, faster emergency response, and data-driven decision-making. The award follows the company’s successful implementation of a similar project in Varanasi, which received national recognition for its contribution to urban governance.
Genesys International is a leading player in the geospatial and mapping services industry, specializing in Digital Twin technology, 3D mapping, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS). In recent 2025 updates, the company formed a strategic partnership with the Survey of India to create high-precision Digital Twins for major Indian cities. Additionally, Genesys secured a contract with Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Limited to provide Native Navigation and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) maps for their Software-Defined Vehicle platform. The company’s unbilled revenue stood at ₹199.86 crore as of March 2025, supported by a healthy order book exceeding ₹350 crore.
For the second quarter of FY 2025-26 (ended September 30, 2025), the company reported a consolidated revenue of ₹80.79 crore, marking a 10.64% year-over-year (YoY) growth and an 11.99% sequential (QoQ) increase. Net profit for the quarter surged significantly to ₹12.00 crore, reflecting a 6.86% increase compared to the same period last year and a 68.54% jump from the previous quarter. The company has historically attracted interest from prominent investors, with ace investor Ashish Kacholia having previously held a stake in the company, though recent 2025 filings show his name below the 1% public disclosure threshold.
