Voltas Limited’s Board of Directors approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, in a meeting held on January 29, 2026. The company reported a consolidated total income of ₹3,120 crores for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, marking a slight decline of 1.39% compared to ₹3,164 crores in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. On a sequential basis, revenue grew by 17.65% from ₹2,652 crores in the preceding quarter. The Profit After Tax (PAT) for the current quarter stood at ₹84 crores, reflecting a significant year-on-year decrease of 35.88% from ₹131 crores. However, compared to the previous quarter’s profit of ₹78 crores, PAT saw a quarter-on-quarter increase of 7.69%.
