Ramco Systems Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, during a board meeting held on January 28, 2026. For the current quarter (Q3 FY26), the company reported consolidated revenue of Rs. 1,784.96 Million, reflecting a 14.0% year-on-year (YoY) increase from Rs. 1,565.94 Million in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. On a quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) basis, revenue remained stable compared to the Rs. 1,770.80 Million reported in Q2 FY26. The company achieved a significant turnaround in profitability, posting a consolidated net profit after tax of Rs. 32.12 Million for Q3 FY26, compared to a net loss of Rs. 100.96 Million in Q3 FY25. This result was achieved despite a one-time exceptional charge of Rs. 214.99 Million (USD 2.43 million) related to the implementation of new Indian Labour Codes.
