Indian Energy Exchange Limited (IEX) announced its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, during a board meeting held on January 29, 2026. On a consolidated basis, the company reported a total income of ₹183.06 Crores for the current quarter, representing a slight decrease of 0.11% from ₹183.27 Crores in the previous quarter (QoQ) but an increase of 14.03% from ₹160.53 Crores in the corresponding quarter of the previous year (YoY). The consolidated profit after tax for the period stood at ₹119.11 Crores, which is a decline of 3.44% compared to ₹123.35 Crores in the previous quarter, while showing a robust growth of 11.01% from ₹107.29 Crores in the same quarter last year. Additionally, the Board approved an interim dividend of ₹1.50 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26, fixing February 4, 2026, as the record date.
