ASK Automotive Limited has announced its un-audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. For the quarter ended December 31, 2025 (Q3 FY26), the company reported a revenue from operations of ₹1,084.22 crore, representing an 18.48% increase year-on-year (YoY) compared to ₹915.10 crore in Q3 FY25. On a quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) basis, revenue grew by 2.37% from ₹1,059.10 crore in Q2 FY26. The profit after tax (PAT) for the quarter stood at ₹79.92 crore, showing a significant YoY growth of 21.29% from ₹65.89 crore. Compared to the previous quarter’s PAT of ₹79.80 crore, the profit remained stable with a marginal QoQ increase of 0.15%. This performance was driven by robust growth in the aluminum lightweighting precision solutions and advanced braking systems segments.

ASK Automotive Limited, established in 1988, is India’s largest manufacturer of brake shoes and advanced braking systems for two-wheelers. The company operates in key segments including aluminum lightweighting precision solutions and safety control cables. In recent 2025 updates, the company expanded its strategic footprint by incorporating a joint venture, ASK GTD Control Cables Private Limited, in September 2025 to manufacture sunroof and helix cables for passenger vehicles. Furthermore, in January 2026, the Board approved a ₹35 crore investment to establish two new manufacturing facilities in Rajasthan to boost production capacity for braking components. The company’s stable shareholding pattern as of December 2025 features prominent institutional investors, including SBI Life Insurance Co. Ltd with a 2.53% stake and Goldman Sachs India Equity Portfolio holding 2.11%. The promoter group, led by Kuldip Singh Rathee, continues to maintain a strong majority stake of 74.95%.
