Dev Information Technology Limited (DEV IT) has officially announced the acquisition of a significant work order from the National Informatics Centre Services Incorporated (NICSI). The project involves the development of IFMS 3.0 Web and Mobile Applications for the Directorate of Treasuries and Accounts, Government of Rajasthan. This fixed-cost contract is valued at approximately ₹3.18 Crore and is expected to be executed within a period of 4 months.
The contract specifically targets the modernization of Rajasthan’s financial systems through comprehensive modules covering pension, employee, salary, and accounts management. This order was received via the company’s empanelment credentials with NICSI, reinforcing its strong relationship with domestic state entities for digital transformation projects. The company will leverage its expertise in software development to ensure mobile compatibility and responsive digital platforms for the government.
Incorporated in 1997, DEV IT is a global technology solutions provider specializing in cloud services, digital transformation, and managed IT services. Throughout 2025, the company has actively expanded its portfolio, recently securing a ₹1.06 crore order from RajCOMP Info Services for portal development and a ₹26 lakh order from Goa Shipyard for specialized software toolsets. As of late 2025, the company maintains a robust active order book of nearly ₹50 Crore, driven by its focus on AI/ML-driven innovations and cybersecurity solutions.
For the quarter ended September 2025, the company reported total revenue of ₹48.51 Crore, reflecting a significant increase of approximately 35% compared to ₹35.94 Crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The net profit for the same period stood at ₹71.88 Crore, an extraordinary jump from ₹8.11 Crore year-on-year, primarily bolstered by other income. As of December 2025, the company’s promoter holding remains stable at 66.63%, while institutional investors (FIIs) hold a minor stake of 0.33%.
